Cabo weddings here are a villa takeover: lodging and venue are the same house. Cabo San Lucas and Pedregal — we are not discovering the geography with you.

Villa vs resort

A resort wedding is a ballroom, a banquet captain, and a property that hosts three events that day. A villa wedding in Cabo is lodging and venue in one private house: your guests in the rooms, your chef in the kitchen, your ceremony on the terrace or the sand. Cabo Wedding sells the second one.

Guest rooms on-site

Lands End holds 16+ in seven bedrooms. Casa Mareva holds a much larger party on property. Overflow sleeps in Pedregal or nearby hotels. The consult maps who is in the house the week of — that number drives the villa, not a Pinterest guest count.

Pedregal is a gated residential community. Events need owner approval. Quiet hours exist — no loud outside music after 9 pm is the house rule we work with. We handle this. Couples who skip it find out at the gate.
